Why 5:20?
We are ambassadors!
We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
Our name comes from 2 Corinthians 5:20. We are ambassadors for Christ, and ministry is not just for pastors, but for all believers.
We support pastors as they equip the body of Christ, by encouraging believers to step into their role as ambassadors, going beyond the church walls, into the common places visited each day; restaurants, grocery stores, their neighborhood, prepared to show kindness, give a tract or a church invite to someone they meet is how we get the message out. We can all participate in the harvest.
The only way we're going to get the streets in the church is if we take the Church to the Streets.
